| I have owned dogs all my life and Hunter is the best companion I have ever owned. He has a dear heart, great disposition, very affectionate, too smart for his own good and learns quickly. He has developed serious motion sickness from his long flight so I would caution against a long flight if you want a dog that is able to travel in your vehicle with you. This breed has endless energy and should only go to a home that has the time and is going to exercise them daily. You should also have a large place for them to run. They need lots of stimulation or they will dig. At only six months old he is already 40+ pounds and showing promise of being an excellent tracker. The breeder went out of their way to deliver a healthy happy puppy. They included us in the puppies growth and we felt like part of the family with pictures and weekly updates. We are seriously considering investing in another as we are spellbound by our pups personality. He has brought great joy to my life. Our veterinary is awed by his good health. Hunter gets a lot of attention where ever we go as he is a very handsome dog. | |
