·      Our purebred puppies are generally AKC registered. Registration applications are often available when the puppies are 8 to 10 weeks old, but if they haven't been received yet, we will mail them to you when they arrive. .

Payment

·         A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. If for some reason, you are unable to finish buying the puppy, or have changed your mind we will refund all but the deposit to you.

·         No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been received, although if we are sure you are sincere, we'll hold one for a few days while your mail is in process. This is very important, because the most frequently-occurring issue we run into is waiting for a deposit from one buyer and having a second buyer want the same puppy. Usually, the first buyer is sincere, but sometimes it happens that there is no follow-through.   

·         Payment in full is expected puppies are 6 weeks of age, 10 days prior to shipping date and/or at pick up if the final payment is in cash. Payment time frames vary depending on timeframe of sale and will be discussed with each family. Puppies will not be released until payment clears. Sometimes this can take up to 10 business days if check or money order is used for payment. If final payment is due at pick up it must be in cash no exceptions.

·         Please note that we want to do what is best for the puppy, and also what is fair for both you and for us.  We have had situations where more than one person wanted the same puppy, and it is very hard to manage this without hurting feelings.  If you are sure you want a puppy, we suggest that you place a deposit on the puppy immediately.  If a second party discovers the puppy and offers to buy, and if they appear to be a good home, we are hard-pressed to turn them down when no deposit has been paid.  Please don't ask us to hold a puppy for you to think about it, as we can't turn other good homes down when a puppy is not firmly sold.

Shipping

·         Your puppy can be flown or shipped to you via the safest route depending on time of year.  There are a lot of factors that are involved with shipping a puppy and we strive to make the trip to you the safest and with the least amount of stress to the puppy as possible. We can not control the weather and sometimes the date is scheduled and due to weather conditions shipment may be delayed. We try to make the arrangements as convenient as possible to you, but we will always put the puppies best interest before anything. We would need the nearest metro airport to you in order to price shipping. The cost has been between $350-$450 depending on airline used. We do not try to make any extra money on the shipping of the puppy, but we include all expenses that we incur while shipping them to their new home. Example: Flight (250-375, carrier, vet visit (health cert), parking at airport and gas to airport. The airport closest to us is over 2 hours one way.

Shipping will not take place until payment funds have cleared from your bank to ours and not just deposited into our account. This takes a minimum of three business days but could take up to 10 as stated above. There are no exceptions to this policy. We are sorry if this happens to push back shipping of puppy, but this is a policy that we have to enforce with everyone.

·         We also deliver depending on how far you live from our kennels. Please contact us for this option. We prefer to deliver our babies whenever possible. This lowers the stress involved and it allows us meet the new owners in person and not just over the phone and email.

We have family in Alabama and in Michigan and anyone that is interested in one of our babies that live on the way or close to our family can get a discount on the shipping, since we would love any reason to visit more often.
